General Description We are looking for a Area Management Specialist for our San Francisco properties . This property management position will provide leadership and expertise to multiple properties. The ideal property manager for this role will have great communication skills and can work independently. You will travel to multiple properties in Illinois in order to be the on-site subject matter expert on efficient property management operations. Understand One-Site, HUD/tax credit compliance and occupancy requirements for Affordable Multifamily Housing. You will lead the site team on Fair Housing and Tenant Compliance practices, rent collection, occupancy levels, direct and prioritize property maintenance needs and provide amazing customer service to residents.
