JOB SUMMARY Working with the HR Director and the HR Specialist, the Human Resources Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of administrative and clerical HR functions, including posting job announcements, new hire paperwork, auditing I-9 forms, running criminal background checks, verifying social security numbers, HRIS administration, maintaining training records, setting up CDL driver files, running bi-weekly ACA reports, processing department invoices, assisting with employee wellness and recognition events, special projects and more!
