About the Role

To support CrowdStrike’s incredible global growth, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Onboarding Experience to manage the cross-functional onboarding process for CrowdStrikers around the world.  You will work closely with key stakeholders in HR (Talent Acquisition, Services, Learning and Development), IT, Facilities, and functional stakeholders to design and deliver exceptional new hire experiences for CrowdStrikers.

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead, partner and own strategy for CrowdStrike global onboarding, in close coordination with other key stakeholders

  • Design, develop and manage the CrowdStrike Corporate Onboarding Process from accept/offer through acclimation with a lens to amplify the moments that matter throughout the new employee experience

  • Identify continuous improvement and automation opportunities using multiple data driven approaches

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Talent Acquisition, People Services, L&D, and functional stakeholders) to understand pain points and help drive solutions across the business

  • Apply innovative, employee-centric approaches with the intent to set the standard in our industry for our onboarding programs 

  • Expedite speed to productivity for new hires via access to automated and on-demand learning content, subject matter experts, and digital resources

  • Plan and facilitate onboarding sessions or events as needed and work with executives to drive engagement with CrowdStrike during the first 90 days

  • Build relationships across the organization through cross functional projects and initiatives

  • Develop and lead efforts that bring our culture and Core Values to life during the onboarding process

  • Other duties as assigned, travel may be required

 

What You’ll Need 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience coupled with 7+ years of experience delivering relevant experiences 

  • Experience leading projects in one or more of the following areas:  learning and development, design thinking, employee journey management, organizational development, human resources, learning technology, employee engagement, employee survey design

  • Open, transparent leadership style with a strength in developing alignment across the organization and influencing at all levels

  • Strengths in collaboration, transparent communication, continuous improvement, and cross-functional leadership, ideally across geographies

  • Ability to make high quality decisions effectively and efficiently

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

  • Ability to work cross functionally, problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Must possess superior organizational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projects

  • Proven Project Management skills

  • Self-starter and fast learner
