About the Role:

If you are a talented Partner Marketing professional that is passionate about partners, committed to delivering results, and looking to join one of the hottest companies in the security industry, CrowdStrike has the perfect position for you. We are looking for a Manager, Partner Marketing Programs – based remotely – to drive global partner marketing programs that educate, enable and engage our global partner community and provide our partners with a differentiated, world-class partner experience.


A key individual contributor within our Global Partner Marketing team, this individual will be responsible for the promotion and amplification of our education to CrowdStrike partners across the globe and to ensure our partners have the knowledge to be able to support CrowdStrike’s growth goals. The allocation of time for this role will be roughly split as follows:

  • One third allocated to managing and driving partner-facing activities and events globally (Partner Advisory Boards, Partner Summits, etc.)

  • One third allocated to managing and driving partner-training globally (i.e. Partner Symposium trainings, partner sales kick-offs, etc.)

  • One third allocated to managing and driving adoption of new and current partner programs, campaigns and initiatives


The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the proven ability to work and communicate cross functionally and with our partners. 

We are open to candidates based remotely in the United States, with a preference for those located in Eastern Time Zone.


What You’ll Do: 

  • Build relationships with and work closely with the extended Marketing team, Alliance/Partner managers and technical Solution Architects to develop plans that create and accelerate partner knowledge and awareness.

  • Work with the internal teams to align and manage global virtual partner training programs for sales and technical personas. Align with the CrowdStrike regional teams to support regional partner training needs.

  • Drive the adoption and consumption of partner sales training and certifications developed by our Alliances team. Drive, promote and support technical partner training coordination in conjunction with the CrowdStrike Solution Architecture team

  • Plan global partner Sales Kick-Offs, partner training bootcamps, Partner Symposiums and CrowdStrike’s annual Partner Summit

  • Drive the overall content strategy for promotion and adoption of partner training. Drive the partner training and certification branding and badging strategy.

  • Accountable for partner marketing enablement targets and metrics.


What You’ll Need: 

  • A passion for delivering world-class partner experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in partner marketing and enablement in high-technology companies, in the enterprise software space.

  • Expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing to the partner community.

  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred.

  • Thorough working knowledge of best practices in digital marketing and social media and strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail.

  • Experience in managing multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate for their goals.

  • Excel at cross-group collaboration with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization.

  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.

  • Individual contributor with experience managing programs and budget that aligns with marketing and sales goals and objectives.

  • Exceptional project management, organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on schedule.

  • Strong creative thinker and problem solver, driven by a bias for action.

  • Willing to travel to meet with sales leaders, partners, and attend events (when applicable)

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study

  • Knowledge and experience with a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including digital marketing, and events – with a strong knowledge of virtual event platform
