Position Overview

Reporting into Product Marketing, you’ll use your powers of curiosity and strategic thinking, backed by data, to find creative solutions to articulate our value proposition to prospects and empower our Sales team. Exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and content development skills are a must, as is thriving on cross-functional collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities: What will you be doing?

  • Attend and represent marketing in cross-functional product launch planning meetings 
  • Maintain calendar of product releases and develop launch plans for significant releases 
  • Produce high-quality product release deliverables on monthly and quarterly cadence, including blog posts, client emails, sales content, collateral and web updates, and more 
  • Prioritize product-specific assets and collateral requests based on field feedback, usage, and customer engagement 
  • Monitor performance of product content, including measuring, reporting, and presenting key performance metrics on a monthly basis 
  • Engage teammates and cross-functional resources in content review, skillfully managing multiple perspectives while maintaining accountability to the desired objective, and reprioritizing to meet critical deadlines 
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to support and prioritize efforts and build support for scale 

Education and Experience: Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience, in B2B tech/SaaS 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven experience collaborating within and outside the immediate team to achieve results together 
  • Strong project management skills with experience translating multiple inputs into cohesive and prioritized plans centered around business outcomes 
  • Demonstrated success in independently planning and prioritizing workload, anticipating obstacles, and communicating with a cross-functional team to consistently meet goals  
  • Proven ability to embrace new opportunities with flexibility, critical thinking, and a curiosity to learn and succeed 
  • Ability to conduct competitive research to gather insights and assess market opportunities 
  • Experience reporting on marketing outcomes & ROI. Highspot, Salesforce.com, Pardot, Google Analytics experience a plus. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
