Job Description

In this role, you will: 

  • Building GTM strategy and plays for key solutions (horizontal/verticals), with a primary goal of increasing MRR for our upmarket sales teams.
  • Drive business impact through marketing campaigns that drive revenue.
  • Market Insights: Deeply understand segments, personas, use cases and buyer journeys for those solutions
  • GTM Launch & Strategy
    • Develop marketing programs that attract, engage and delight our target buyer
    • Lead solutions launch plans, working closely with the industry/product experts, partners, customers and sales team to ensure effective and ongoing relevance in the market to drive MRR
    • Drive solutions releases and marketing campaigns to drive successful roll outs with sales, and impact revenue. 
  • Persona & Positioning
    • Deeply understand and build the ICP and buyer journey
    • Champion our customers by gaining a knowledge of their unique stories and featuring them in our marketing
    • Build world class positioning, messaging and narratives for the key solutions
    • Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across internal and external, customer-facing presentations and content incl thought leadership articles, one pagers, webinars, blogs, and case studies to drive the industry message
  • Sales Plays and campaigns
    • Act as a strategic thought partner for each of our sales segment leaders, enablement teams.
    • Develop effective assets and campaign, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioning

We are looking for people who:

  • 7+ years experience in technology B2B Solution / product marketing
  • Are experienced with midmarket and corporate customers and have lead products/solutions supporting this persona. 
  • Have a track record at managing complex marketing projects independently and successfully. 
  • Experience in sales enablement, demand generation, and product marketing, is preferred. 
  • Embrace change. Things are constantly changing at HubSpot.  You need to be open to and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Are highly organized and have a high level of accountability for the quality and outcomes of your work and your team’s work.
  • Are a strong presenter and communicator with experience interacting with executives.
  • Excel at working through complexity across teams to achieve a shared goal.
  • Experience in the high tech, selling multiple products, and SaaS space is preferred.
