Raise the bar for Stripe storytelling. You will partner with Stripe’s top leaders to produce their narratives for executive engagements. In addition, you’ll partner with the Customer Advocacy team to identify and create the most compelling customer stories to share externally. You will iterate and evolve our storytelling by proactively gathering feedback, analyzing multiple sources of data, and prototyping with cross-functional partners (marketing, sales, product, and customer success) in order to optimize content strategy.
Position Stripe as a destination for trends and insights. You will use research and data to spot trends in fintech and transform them into actionable insights that will be shared as thought leadership. You will partner with integrated marketing to identify meaningful moments to share executive thought leadership. You will help shape content packages tied to key moments and provide guidance from concept development to promotion.
Build trusted relationships with go-to-market teams. You’ll have the opportunity to work with account teams (sales, customer success, and solution architects), marketing (product, integrated ,and solution), and data scientists to create insight-rich narratives transformed into creative and easy-to-consume assets. By partnering with top account teams across all verticals, you’ll be a trusted advisor on how to deliver the right message at the right time to executive customers.
