Slack is hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to work with Slack’s ecosystem of strategic technology partners and ISVs. This Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing strategy, planning and execution with a set of key partners. They will work extensively with cross-functional stakeholders across our company.

Partners are critical to enhancing our customers’ success, with more than 2,500 partners connecting their technology with Slack. Our ecosystem of partners also extends awareness and demand for Slack by showing that our platform is a competitive differentiator.

What you will be doing:
Creating and executing the marketing strategy with multiple partners working across cross-functional teams to reach marketing goals aligned to business objectives and targets
Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, partner managers and internal stakeholders to help further the partnership and joint marketing opportunities
Collaborating with partners, marketing, business development, finance, product management and sales enablement to guide the execution of partner marketing programs on a global level
Establishing, tracking and reporting KPIs and ROI metrics, including regular readouts on the performance of partner marketing programs. Conducting quarterly marketing reviews with key partner executives (internal and partner) to review success/progress, identify gaps and maintain executive alignment and support
Creating 6-month and annual marketing plans and incorporating specific geography plans into the overall partner marketing plan for specific partners
Driving partner engagement to increase external awareness of Slack’s partner opportunities, and to grow our base of highly successful partners
What You Should Have
5 - 7 yrs experience marketing enterprise software to, with and through technology partners and partner ecosystems
Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive outcomes based plans, programs and execution
Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including field marketing, digital marketing, and industry events
Demonstrated revenue impact of partnerships and programs
Highly motivated, self-starter that can build and launch programs and communications within budget and effectively manage multiple timelines
Ability to operate both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity, bringing creativity and inventive problem solving to your work
Excellent communication skills, ranging from the ability to craft brief, high-impact written communications, to presenting to senior executives inside and outside our company
