In this role you will be working alongside our demand generation, corporate marketing and product marketing team to plan, implement and manage our SEO channel with revenue targets and KPIs. Current knowledge of SEO best practices and resource management skills are essential for this role as you will oversee the optimization of our online content and link building strategies. Location: RemotePrimary ResponsibilitiesThe below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed.   • Develop and execute long- and short-term SEO strategies 
  • Research and report relevant search engine keywords and trends within your function 
  • Develop off-page optimization initiatives, such as link-building 
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging, relevant content 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), report rankings, and recommend tactics to optimize further 
  • Stay current with best practices and marketing trends 
  • Manage SEO agency and team resources to prioritize highest revenue impact 

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or equivalent. 
  • 7-10 year’s experience managing SEO campaigns and content development experience 
  • Minimum 5 years in a B2B SaaS environment. 
  • Experience achieving KPIs and revenue targets 
  • Strong collaborator—at least 3 years driving cross-functional teamwork, leading project plans, launching campaigns, managing timelines and deliverables.  
  • Familiarity driving content creation and strategy to optimize for Google Search Rankings 
  • Excellent SEO writing skills  
  • Prior experience managing an agency or a team 
  • Self-starter who is customer obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player. 
  • Strong technical background 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in creating and optimizing content for demand generation
