Seeking a Services Sales Onboarding Facilitator to join our growing Professional Services team. This is a highly visible, collaborative position with responsibilities spanning candidate screening, onboarding, and development. Onboarding Facilitators are the first line of building an organization focused on growth. A successful Onboarding Facilitator is a motivated self-starter who is hungry for a challenge. You are a clear communicator and are able to provide clarity in complex situations. Your high-energy and professional persistence will drive a successful onboarding for our newest sellers, and allow for the Operating Unit Leads to focus on strategy and growth . The Onboarding Facilitator will contribute to expanding the recruiting and onboarding programs, as well as oversee the progression of aligned new hires.  

  • Expand the current new hire program to achieve an industry-leading onboarding experience for Salesforce Professional Services Sellers and define feedback loops for content and program improvements

  • Add collaboration and interactivity to self-paced programming with regular check-ins and group trainings

  • Align recruiting and onboarding with a predetermined cohort of new hires aligned to your oversight 

  • Create a positive first impression with our talent pipeline by working with recruiting to screen candidates to create consistency & improve the candidate experience  

  • Partner with our experienced Go to Market teams to develop creative programs and events to drive enablement and qualified shadowing opportunities

  • Track and report the progression of aligned cohort 

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical challenges faced by people leaders and new hires and appropriately map enablement solutions, continually building on feedback from stakeholders

  • Provide live demonstrations and trainings, adding personal dimensions and real life experiences to onboarding program 

  • Specialization needed with operations, delivery methodology, and sales

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
  • 2-3 Years of sales or training experience
  • Proven experience mentoring and coaching sellers
  • Self starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguity 
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), and the ability to link business processes with product/technical solutions.
  • Expertise facilitating internal meetings and presenting to an executive level audience in a concise, inspirational and convincing manner
  • Collaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment
  • Deep understanding of customer success principles, approaches and considerations with ability to share this understanding with others
  • Knowledge of sales organizations and approaches
  • Knowledge of product and platform features, capabilities, and best use
  • One or more Salesforce certification a plus
  • Quickly learn, synthesize and simplify information for other's consumption
