Job Description

As an Internal Recruiter on the Sales Recruiting Team, you will be responsible for running internal recruitment and interview processes for the Sales department. As deeply focused as we are about our customers in helping them grow better, we are equally dedicated to assisting our employees in progressing their careers. It will be your responsibility to make internal interviewing at HubSpot truly unique and remarkable for each and every individual. If you're a team player with an eye for talent, who is also eager to help build out a new role and solve programmatic challenges, this is the role for you!

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Create and own a flawlessly positive internal mobility experience by running a full-cycle hiring process
  • Consult with hiring managers and teams to deeply understand their business objectives and corresponding hiring needs, and define internal recruiting strategies to address them
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Recruiting, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations) to drive the internal offer process, including approvals and negotiations
  • Align with Flywheel (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) Recruiters to manage and evolve processes for candidates 
  • Looks to solves gaps and challenges in our current internal mobility processes to help grow and scale our internal mobility program
  • Embody HubSpot’s recruiting best practices and align on company-wide mission to hire and retain top diverse talent 
  • Promote and advocate for internal mobility programs 
  • Facilitate and support employee retention and career pathing initiatives
