Aria Care Partners provides onsite oral, vision and hearing services to residents in long term care facilities across the country. Our mission is to enrich the quality of life for every resident with passion and compassion.

THE POSITION:

We are seeking an Inside Phone Sales Representative - Care Advocate that will act as the ambassador to both current and future customers of Aria Care Partners. You will act as the main point of contact for customer relations and account management in emerging markets across the United States. Your measure of success is based on volume of outbound service calls and sales each month.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
    • Sourcing new sales through out-bound calls - No cold calling!
    • Execute established task list to identify potential customers and promote our product and services.
    • Refers facility inquiries to outside sales representatives.
    • Partner with clinical coordinators to address customer concerns.
    • Update Salesforce CRM with each account interaction.


REQUIREMENTS:
    • 1-3 years experience working in a phone based, inside sales environment with commission metrics and performance measures.
    • Must be able to obtain a state-issued insurance license within 45 days of hire (Aria Care Partners will provide the course study and associated testing fees).


Compensation:
    • Range: $20-$22/hr
    • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, EAP, etc.
    • 12 paid holidays including 1 week between Christmas and New Years
