  • Payouts will occur in 2 installments, $400 payable after successful completion of New Employee Orientation (NEO) and $600 after 6 month anniversary.

Job Summary:
As a Direct Support Professional, your primary job responsibility is to support program participants according to their scheduled activities . This may include assisting people with health and wellness goals, teaching skills for independent living, or helping a person at their job site.

What you'll do:
  • Providing supported employment assistance and Job coaching
  • Help and guide individuals with daily living skills.
  • Assisting program participants with achieving their short and long term goals and documenting progress daily
  • Transporting and accompanying program participants to activities in the community
  • Seeking out opportunities for community based activities for the individuals to enjoy.
  • Help to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our individuals.
