Job Summary:

Qualified Sales Reps will go through a sales training bootcamp, our online sales training program and hands on training. We expect our reps to be making money quickly! Once they have demonstrated a mastery of our program, not only do they qualify for company leads, but we will help you grow in our leadership training programs and help you build, maintain and grow a team of Solar Advisors. You will be trained in how energy works and renewable and clean energy technologies make the most sense for our prospects. Working with leadership, Sales Managers will monitor metrics of each individual Advisor and the metrics of the team as a whole and continue to provide training and mentorship to ensure that anyone who puts in the effort can be very successful with our company .
