Change Management Lead
This position will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. This position will act as a coach for senior leaders in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. This position will also support the project team in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
Applies a structured methodology to lead change management activities.
Designs and executes a plan to successfully transition the organization to the ideal future state.
Develops and delivers a communications strategy and plan.
Creates communications content / key messages and presents to business leaders.
Conducts impact analyses, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders.
Determines governance processes and any issues that need to be resolved.
Defines and measures success metrics and monitors change progress.
Collaborates with project team to integrate organization change management efforts into broader project plans and support the overall project success.
Acts as a liaison between the project team and business leaders.
Experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts
Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Collaborative facilitation skills
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Change management certification or designation
