Title: HR Compliance Consultant - Part-Time (1101578)
Location : Atlanta GA 30319
Duration : 2+ Month's Contract with High possibility of Extension
Payrate : $29.60/h on w2
Hours Per Week: 20.00 M-F

Contractor Role: HR Compliance Consultant
General Description: Under the supervision and guidance of the Global Employment Practices team, this role will lead the execution of the various duties related to the HR policies, employment law, compliance training and other compliance activities as assigned.

Key Duties:
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support policy review, development and revision; review new federal, state or local employment laws to determine impacts to the company; conduct audits for compliance training and other compliance activities; provide support for employee relations issues. This role will perform other duties as required.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience managing/leading/supporting corporate HR compliance initiatives; strong organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills; strong knowledge of federal and various state employment laws; Microsoft Office proficiency, most importantly Word and Excel.
