The Supervisor, Retention Marketing is responsible for creating, optimizing and evolving eMoney's retention marketing strategies, creating informed, engaged and loyal advocates. With a focus on driving adoption, engagement, and retention for eMoney's multiple product lines, this role possesses a keen understanding of our clients' needs and challenges and an unwavering desire to create an outstanding client experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create, optimize, and evolve retention marketing strategies across eMoney's product lines.
  • Foster client adoption of the planning platform through automated, targeted onboarding communications campaigns, continually analyzing performance to create competent and engaged clients.
  • Leverage usage data and client feedback to create proactive communication strategies to combat churn and promote retention.
  • Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to inform and educate clients on product and feature releases of varying client impact.
  • Produce relevant content that promotes attendance of eMoney events and training opportunities, increases readership of the eMoney blog, and engages clients on key eMoney initiatives that impact their experience with the brand.
  • Partner with Events to generate interest in eMoney's annual Summit, leading client promotions to our userbase to achieve company's registration goals.
  • Manage and build various email campaigns, including the campaign layout, segment building, design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in email outreaches. Ensure clients have the information they need to use eMoney successfully, staying on top of user feedback, sentiment, and engagement.
  • Oversee Retention Marketing Specialist's work, ensuring communications created are in line with project's overall direction, and tasks are completed on time.
  • Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company's tone and mission by creating clean, concise, well-polished copy.
  • Educate our client base about eMoney's products and benefits by providing regular content that aligns with our campaign objectives and gives them the tools they need to use the product successfully.
  • Track the efficiency of all client communications projects, measure results with Retention Marketing team, and suggest recommendations for improvement to ensure eMoney provides substantial value to our customers and constantly adapts to the industry's ever-changing landscape.
  • Evaluate communication performance and adapt messages, design and delivery tactics to consistently engage our clients to read and learn more.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges and propose solutions that will help make our clients' lives easier.
  • Remain knowledgeable of internal company marketing initiatives, especially major announcements, content creation, and events.


Requirements
  • Associate's or a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, finance, public relations, business management or related field preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant communications experience - SaaS and FinTech experience preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the email marketing software, preferably Eloqua
  • Familiarity with content management systems, preferably WordPress
  • Experience with eMoney's application is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $76,000 - $99,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
