The eMoney internship program provides students with hands-on experience in an innovative and industry changing organization. We offer unparalleled learning and networking opportunities, as well as the ability to contribute to meaningful projects and work side-by-side with our team of experts. The responsibilities below represent areas and tasks the eMoney intern may be supporting as part of the program. Given the dynamic nature of the internship and the desire to expose interns to all areas of Marketing throughout their time at eMoney, day to day responsibilities may vary and depend on the interest and aptitude of each intern.

Marketing Team Responsibilities:
  • Research industry contacts, clients and prospects and help build contact database for demand generation
  • Get hands-on experience with our Marketing Automation platform and building demand generation campaign canvases.
  • Support the events team in preparation for our Virtual Annual Summit (QA-ing our virtual platform, loading content, organizing presentation materials, etc.)
  • Upload content to shared repositories and assist with various data entry projects
  • Organize and help categorize our on-demand webinar repository
  • Provide feedback on and new ideas for blogs and content resources
  • Set up project boards for tracking marketing activities
  • Help document processes for better team alignment and organization


Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be able to strictly adhere to confidential information policies and procedures


The hourly rate for this position is $15.00-19.00; commensurate rate to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise.
