Qualifications
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of executing digital media campaigns that drove tangible business outcomes
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing email, social media, SEO/SEM, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Hands on experience running media buys across several buying platforms with particular depth in: Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, etc
• An understanding of attribution and measurement systems
• Self-motivated, comfortable working independently with minimal direction
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to leverage analytics and work with complex datasets to understand performance, optimize campaigns, drive decision-making, and measure outcomes
• Desire to learn quickly, develop new skills, and take thoughtful risks
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising integrated digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Agency management experience a plus
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, and outstanding writing and design skills
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Responsibilities

. Reporting to the CMO, this is a perfect role for a self-starter who is excited to build our digital marketing function from the ground up:
• Responsible for developing and executing innovative online marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, across Search, Media, Social, Emails and all digital environments.
• Develop our digital objectives, strategies, and programs for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
• Support marketing strategy, planning, and execution across all paid digital media platforms, then scale and optimize those campaigns across major and emerging digital media channels
• Build our marketing automation program, creating emails, landing pages, workflows, and campaigns for various lifecycle stages, audiences, and segments
• Collaborate with brand marketing, analytics, finance, and product to drive growth across all areas of the marketing funnel and communicate objectives, strategy, and performance results
• Oversee content, design, and development for websites, ads, landing pages, SEO content, etc.
• Own the management of our marketing automation tools and platforms
• Develop and execute a strategy to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns/tests on a monthly basis
