Job Description

KIPP Texas Public Schools is looking for a Marketing Manager to own the digital
marketing strategy and execution across organizational marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, student recruitment and enrollment, advocacy, talent recruitment, branding, new markets, and development and fundraising. The ideal candidate is eager to develop and drive the overall digital marketing strategy to ensure goals are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Support KIPP organizational goals through digital marketing
    • Develop annual digital marketing content and messaging strategies across key initiatives including student recruitment, talent recruitment, branding, and advocacy campaigns to ensure alignment across all digital tactics
    • Manage content creation and messaging strategies for all digital marketing efforts within these campaigns including, but not limited to, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, display, video, native, and e-marketing
    • Serve as the subject matter expert on the e-marketing platform HubSpot, ranging from knowledge of the platform's capabilities to understanding how to utilize the platform to drive success with various audiences
    • Create and execute a holistic timeline and calendar for digital strategy and deliverables related to all campaigns outlined above
    • Serve as the point of contact for SSP, regional or campus requests for digital marketing initiatives including Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn ads, boosted posts, and e-marketing support
    • Liaise with internal teams to obtain feedback, direction, and approval on digital marketing materials and current KPIs to understand how digital marketing efforts can pivot to help drive organizational goals
    • Work closely with third-party vendors to develop holistic tactical strategy that will drive campaign success
    • Analyze campaign data independently and in partnership with vendor to optimize and improve performance of campaigns on a daily basis
  • Support Advocacy and Parent Engagement through:
    • Developing and executing the e-marketing customer journey to educate current and prospective KIPP families and move them through the funnel
    • Managing responses and outreach to comments on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn ads; focus on reputation management
    • Understanding our action alert program to provide support to internal business partners as needed
  • Tell the KIPP Story by:
    • Developing digital content and messaging that speaks to the KIPP audience, ranging from paid advertising to e-marketing efforts with leads, applicants, and other audiences as needed
  • Support the Operations team overall by:
    • Supporting digital vendor management
    • Facilitating copywriting and content for digital marketing efforts across internal teams
    • Budget Management


Qualifications
  • Experience developing digital marketing strategy across multiple markets, tactics, and initiatives; 3-5 years of experience preferred
  • Proficient digital marketing copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms including HubSpot, Google AdWords, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Ability to analyze digital campaign performance data and incorporate optimizations
  • Desire to stay updated with digital marketing trends and current strategies
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with an eye for design
  • Google Workspace proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
