Cavender Automotive Group is seeking a Administration Assistant at our Chevrolet dealership to add to our team to help serve our growing customer base. This person will be responsible for the day to day flow of car deals.

This position is for a full-time at 40 hours a week. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Some flexibility may be required during busier times in the month.

Starting pay is $13.00

  • Processing and filing paperwork
  • Prepare deals to send to accounting
  • Verify title, trade & contract packages
  • Check various packets or documents for accuracy
  • Point of contact for audits and missing documents for all aspects of deals.
  • Report new vehicle sales
  • File completed deals
  • Check incentive schedule weekly and follow-up on overdue incentive
  • Prepare and send overnight packages to bank
  • Distribute incoming intercompany mail
  • Delivery Reports
  • Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
  • Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends
  • Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
