Job Description:
  • Present, promote, and sell in retail environment.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Attend team trainings, networking events, travel opportunities to regional and national seminars and workshops.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the AT&T brand, products, and services.


Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other customer facing roles.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Motivated, competitive, not afraid of objections.
  • Seek to fully understand and meet customer needs.
  • Perform multiple duties in a high energy, fast-paced working environment.
