About the Position:

Businesses that partner with Rubicon Global come in all shapes, sizes and market caps. Our SMB Account Executives are a critical arm of Rubicon's sales organization penetrating a $900 billion global market. As an account executive, you will generate sales with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate can exceed sales quotas. You must be detail-oriented and motivated. The Sales Representative will work to achieve revenue and long-term account goals that align with company goals, while maintaining a satisfied relationship with the client.

  • Base salary of $40,000 with uncapped commission, with on-target performance metrics, puts you on track for $55k to $60K earnings first year.
  • Bonus structure built on KPI's

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain a fullsalespipeline from prospecting to close in a defined territory through cold-calling and CRM
  • Exceed sales goals and expectations for quota
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs
  • Educate customers on service differentiation,pricing, training and value-added during thesalesprocess
  • Anticipate how decisions are made and persistently explore customers' business needs
  • Meet strict deadlines and respond in a timely and professional manner

What you'll need:

  • The cognitive horsepower to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Rubicon's products and services, applying that knowledge appropriately and effectively in selling situations
  • Ability to organize and manage pipelines with strict follow-up schedule
  • Ability to be a team player and thrive in a high-activity work environment
  • Experience working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Cold-calling experience
  • College degree required
