Heritage Honda, a part of MileOne Autogroup, is now hiring a high performance General Sales Manager for our growing sales team. Want to make over $300,000 annually...this job is for you

This role is responsible for customer retention and profitability of the sales department which includes: New and Used vehicle sales, Finance and Internet Sales. The right candidate must be motivated to be a market leader in New with experience in Used and F&I. You will be responsible to manage a large staff of 10 Managers and over 20 Sales consultants in a high energy atmosphere.

Heritage Honda consistently is a market leader in New Honda volume and consistently sells well over 100 pre - owned vehicles. With a new show room coming in 2022!

General Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Hire, motivate, mentor and train the New & Used Sales team, Internet Sales and Finance Managers
• Work with the sales team to maintain sales profitability of New and/or Pre-Owned Vehicles
• Manage both New and Used Car Inventory
• Establish and maintain performance standards

General Sales Manager Qualifications:

• Automotive leadership experience with increasing responsibility
• Proven success in managing sales and service staff and dealership inventories
• Must be able to lead by example
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business
• A strong work ethic
