Are you an accomplished, highly skilled B2B enterprise marketing professional? Scaled Agile is riding one of the hottest trends in the market - the need for businesses to become more agile and adaptable in an uncertain marketplace. Our solution, SAFe, is the world's leading system for business agility. The largest companies in the world are investing in digital transformation, and SAFe is the new way of work they will use to enable the change.

You will guide the evolution of our market positioning from a transactional purchase to a subscription membership. And that will require you to have a deep understanding of enterprise decision-making, the key influencers in purchasing and using the system. You will lead the marketing strategy and drive its execution to continue our incredible growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic positioning and marketing strategy for our business solutions to prospects and clients.
  • Articulate how a customer pain is solved, integrating components and features from our solution, together with those of our partners.
  • Be a key interface position between sales, partner, marketing, and product management teams. Work with product managers to create value propositions for each product or feature, and facilitate the creation of product or solution collateral to support solution value propositions.
  • Understand the key buying influencers, use cases, and user-personas to drive solution definition. Engage with these customer personas to understand the pain points our solution solves for them.
  • Execute engagement and retention campaigns through data analysis, mapping the customer journey, and creating engagement plans that cause users to trial and use the product successfully.
  • Develop a strategy for the user/customer journey lifecycle, to execute across a variety of marketing channels. Use growth marketing techniques to experiment with different channels and strategies. Develop and execute experiments, (e.g. A/B tests, multivariate tests, funnel testing, design experimentation, personalization, split-URL tests, etc. )
  • Set and measure goals for marketing strategies, learn and adjust to demonstrate continued improvement in performance.


Qualifications
  • 10+ years B2B enterprise marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, partner marketing, and product teams
  • Competent in all areas of marketing including strategy, plans, sales enablement, thought leadership, and demand generation
  • Aptitude for leveraging digital marketing, and marketing automation and measurement tools
  • Data-driven and proficient with extracting analytic insights to segment audiences and optimize efforts
  • You're a people person - you have excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator; knows how to build organizational support across multiple functions within the company
  • Familiarity with SAFe, Agile at scale, digital transformation a benefit


Additional Information

Compensation:

Scaled Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $125,000- $150,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
