Title: Change Management SpecialistLocation: White Plains, NY 10601Duration: 12 months (High Possibility of Extension)Job Summary:Education & Certifications- Degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology/Leadership, Communications or similar; graduate work a plus.
- 8+ years' experience managing change management teams and activities.
Skills- Manage multiple large, complex change management workstreams and multiple projects
- Partner with senior leadership and senior stakeholders to understand change needs, requirements, risks and coach through change
- Accustomed to quickly grasping change needs on large complex projects and topic areas
- Create custom strategies for enterprise wide change
- Comfortable with quickly understanding organizational processes, policies and compliance requirements
- Project manage timelines and interdependences across multiple project
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Skilled in developing and applying change management measures and related analytic skills
- Skilled change workstream lead, and creative coach to help project team member understand change management requirements and solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; as well as SharePoint and Teams
- Strong understanding of the utility industry preferred
Job Functions & Responsibilities- Design and deliver fit for purpose change management plans, communications, and materials
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder interviews, workshops and more
- Manage calendar of project timelines, including interdependencies
- Report progress and flag issues and risks
- Identify and post learning resources and assist in development and delivery of training
- Provide other change support as needed
