OVERVIEW: The Project Management Instructor will report to the Associate Director of Academics and will teach Business Essentials and project management from an existing but evolving curriculum. Emphasis in the classroom is on the students learning from each other and through their own curiosity. The foundation of Year Up's business model is high expectations and high support. Instructors spend much of their time guiding students in professional behavior, helping them to build confidence, and advising them on choices that will help them reach their goals.
